Our Booking Fees

 

The villa is available for weekly rentals all year round.

To enquire, please email or WhatsApp message us with your preferred dates and we will respond quickly.

Check-in / check-out days are usually on Saturdays during peak periods.

Minimum rental period is usually one week.

If you require alternative check-in / check out arrangements then please send us a message, we’re here to help.

The heated swimming pool is closed for winter periods between 1st October and the March 31st each year, but can be made available in the winter by special prior arrangements, please ask for details if you would like the pool available between these winter dates.

Rates shown are per week for up to 12 guests, in UK Pound sterling (£) or in Euros using an exchange rate of 1.15 Euros = £1. We can accept payments in either currency to suit your preference.

We require a small refundable deposit to reserve your holiday, please ask for details. Cancellations up to 60 days before your check-in date will receive a full refund.

Prices shown include cleaning from our local cleaners who will prepare the house for your arrival, and clean on the date of your departure.

Optional Bedding and Towels:

Bath towels, pool towels and premium Dunelm bed linens are available for your use as a chargeable optional extra (most renters choose this option – please ask for details when you enquire).
